Smart-Pour Continuous Safety Surfacing
is a bonded rubber surface which is
mixed on site using special equipment
and laid to exacting standards. The
base layer is of SBR (Styrene Butadiene
Rubber) and the top layer EPDM (Ethylene
Propylene Di Monomer), which is available
in a range of permanent colours, including
Brown, Red, Earth Yellow, Lemon, Beige,
Eggshell, Orange, Turquoise, Green,
Light Grey, Blue, Purple and Black.
A flecked pattern can be achieved
by mixing colours and colourful graphics
can be designed into the surface to
suit individual themes and requirements.
Smart-Pour Continuous Safety Surface
is slip-resistant and non-abrasive
to young limbs. It is porous so that
puddles do not form in the rain and
icy conditions in winter are limited.
Smart-Pour Continuous Safety Surfacing
can be laid around complex configurations
of playground equipment and ground
contours. It is virtually maintenance-free,
needing nothing more than the minimum
attention you would give to any synthetic
surface.
