ActiveSmart Product
The ActiveSmart system allows customers to mix and match from a range of artificial surfacing materials and impact absorbing substrates when specifying safety surfacing. Choose from 13 colours of needlepunch carpet or a range of artificial grasses then combine with 4 different substrates for design freedom across a site or multiple sites. PlaySmart offer a full installation service and can also support you at the design and specification stage.
Applications
AciveSmart can be used in areas from all weather outdoor sports and play areas to indoor play environments. We also offer artificial grass systems specifically developed for landscaping.

Safety
ActiveSmart’s impact performance comes primarily from the substrate - any additional absorption from the surfacing material is over and above the specified Critical Fall Height (CFH) and we have systems which offer CFH from 0.8m to over 3m (to BS EN 1177). Wet pour bays can be used as the substrate provided CFH is acceptable; however, if CFH is unknown or insufficient, an additional substrate should be used. ActiveSmart is also slip and fall resistant (BS 7188).
