TigerMulch Product
TigerMulch is a durable, solid and permeable playground safety surface made from shredded recycled tyres. This unique and versatile product is a unitary surface that looks like a natural covering. It has been developed to eliminate costly groundworks associated with wet pour and is a cost effective alternative to surfaces such as loose fill and is more durable with less maintenance required.

Safety
TigerMulch provides peace of mind when used as a safety surface. The criss-cross nature of TigerMulch means that it provides excellent slip resistance (to BS 7188). It also has excellent porosity making it suitable for use in free draining areas. Single layers of 45mm and 55mm provide Critical Fall Heights of 1.5m and 1.8m respectively (to BS EN 1177) whereas a 80mm twin layer can provide a Critical Fall Height of 2.2m.
